Got a little help from

I used sparkle brush from WingofZero for the particle effects (I could have use After Effect's particles but the lag makes me lazy), Riot Gear brushes from VC, and I have no idea about the brush that my friend's used.

I learn several new tricks on digital drawing when making this... and that is without watching any tutorial, I self-figuring out. Thanks to the coldness, it lead me to learn those new tricks.. I could have try to watch many tutorials and learn more tricks but my main digital colorizer laptop got its Win32 crashed whenever I used internet... So no watching or browsing

I'm not gonna tell who she is and if you know her, yeah, I changed her hairstyle a bit, weapon, outfit, eye color in purpose. She originaly don't use those ring as her weapon but since I thought about Luc/Sasarai from Suikoden 3 whose weapon are magic ring, I feel like giving her those. Speaking of ring, I'm thingking about green lantern as well. So that mean, she can materialize weapon out of her imagination but the power isn't depend on willpower, it depend on the "mana". The ring's merely used as an invoker.

And I'm not gonna tell any hint about who she is either.
